We make the Pork Belly Roulade from specially selected pork belly. This is the tastiest pork cut, often used to make streaky bacon, pancetta, or added to sausages. We boil the pork belly with spices and then roll it. After this, the meat is double smoked with oak wood. The process gives the final product a deeper and more intense colour, with a delicious subtle sweet-smoky flavour.
