The Homemade Salami is part of our products’ selection, not by hazard. For those Romanians who spent their childhood in the countryside, it brings back familiar flavours and tastes. This salami is made from selected pork ham and pork meat. The mix is cured by boiling and slow smoking with beech wood. For seasoning, we use a distinct combination of garlic, black pepper, allspice, coriander, and paprika.
