The Gypsy Ham is made from a special combination of selected pork cuts – the neck filet and tenderloin. Its history is long and goes back to the open campfires of the migrating Roma Gypsies of Eastern Europe. It acquires its exceptional taste, tenderness, and succulence through seasoning and baking. The curing process is completed by slow smoking with beech wood.
